I have always loved being part of the family farm, planting, growing and harvesting real food from the ground. Combining my love of the farm with my passion for wine I started planting my first vines in 2012.
It is here at Rolling Grape Vineyard that we strive to grow exceptional grapes, unique varieties and make equally exceptional wines in an untraditional place.
I hope to see you at the vineyard to taste our wines and bring home something unique to share with your friends and family.

Head Chef
Born in the heart of Switzerland and raised in Canada, Chef Kevin Olinger began his career at a young age as an eager apprentice in the family establishments in both countries. A graduate of Fleming College's Culinary Management program, he has successfully managed kitchens across central Ontario.
His extensive experience in cuisines and cooking techniques from around the world has given him a deep appreciation in all things food.
