Harvest DINNER
Our Harvest Dinners have taken us around the globe—from New Orleans to the Mediterranean and along the East Coast—and now, we’re bringing it back home for the final Harvest Dinner of the season. Celebrate the Christmas season with us at Rolling Grape Vineyard! Join us for an unforgettable 3-course dinner perfect for a date night, a Friendsmas gathering, a family celebration, or even a festive holiday staff party.
The evening begins with a cocktail hour from 5:00 to 6:00 pm, complete with passed canapés to enjoy before we sit down for a delicious 3-course meal. Arrive anytime during cocktail hour and let the festivities begin.
Enjoy a special night of live music, with three incredibly talented individuals performing a mix of Holiday classics & originals.

Starter
RGV red wine poached pears drizzled with balsamic glaze, crispy prosciutto served over honey whipped ricotta garnished with rosemary pomegranate with baguette
Main
Slow roasted Prime Rib. Chef’s cook of choice is Medium. Served with green peppercorn and brandy cream sauce accompanied by garlic & rosemary roasted potatoes and sauteed vegetable medley
Vegetarian Option
Grilled vegetable and goat cheese Napoleon atop wilted spinach and red lentil risotto finished with aged Balsamic drizzle.
Dessert
Warmed gingerbread cake served with butterscotch sauce and whipped cream
