Senior Kitchen Staff

As a member of our kitchen at Rolling Grape, you will be an integral part of providing a memorable experience for guests visiting our winery and attending events. Hourly wage depending on experience + tips. Discounts on wine and food.

 Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare and cook food for events and service
– Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
– Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene
– Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
– Assist in food preparation, plating, and service
– Adapt to different menu styles and catering to customers dietary preferences, restrictions, and allergies

Skills & Qualifications:
– Experience in events, catering, and line cooking
– Ability to manage staff
– Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
– Food safety training (up-to-date certification preferred)
– Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
– Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
– Some knowledge of pizza-making is a plus
– Must be able to stand and move for long hours
– Reliable transportation to and from work
