Get your cowboy hats & boots ready  We’re bringing a piece of Nashville to Bailieboro!

Join on Saturday, July 5th from 6 – 9 pm for a Nashville-Style Writer’s Round featuring live performances from emerging local country music artists!

If you’re familiar with Nashville, you’ll know about their famous Writer’s Rounds in which artists will perform original songs and share stories.

Come out and celebrate all things country with us! We want to see you dressed in your country best.

Please note there will be a $5 cover charge per person for this event.

Feel like doing some shopping? We’ll have The Country Bumpkin back again, selling country-style accessories, decor, and apparel! The Barn Doors will be coming along with their Trucker Hat pop-up bar where you can customize your own one-of-a-kind trucker hats on the spot!

Our Writer’s Round will feature six empowering artists in country music:

Emily Clair

Emily grew up in a musical family and showed early artistic inklings by singing herself to sleep as a child. With an inviting style that resonates from the cherished storytelling roots of country music, Emily’s soulful sound is stealing hearts, gaining fans, and leading her toward the next breakthrough in an ever-rewarding career. Emily joined us last year for our first ever Writer’s Round and we’re so excited to have her join us again.

Rachel Jeans

You might recognize Rachel from popular country duo, Rachel & Ayden! Rachel has played music publically from a young age. She competed and won both Toronto’s Rising Star and Open Mic Canada, granting her the opportunity to record her original music in studio at the age of 16.

Maddy Mackenzie

Maddy McKenzie is an up and coming artist in the Canadian Country music scene, performing Boots and Hearts in August 2024! In 2023, Maddy had her first headlining show that sold out! McKenzie has also been the opening performer twice for Canadian rock legend, Colin James. She also had the pleasure of opening the 2022 CMA Ontario Awards in 2022 and performing an acoustic set at the 2022 CCMAs.

Spencer Burns

Singer-songwriter Spencer Burns has hit the ground running in the country scene. Spencer’s debut single ‘Wanting You’ has turned heads around North America. Spencer began to receive recognition on follow-up songs like “Settle Up” and “Thanks to You” through popular Spotify playlists like Next From Nashville and New Music Friday Country.
Spencer hopes to quickly build recognition and perform and write with the best in the business while bringing his roots of the Toronto music scene to the table.

Braydon Hall

Braydon Hall is a singer/songwriter/guitarist from Ayr, Ontario. He has been singing since the age of 2, writing since the age of 10, and picked up the guitar at 14 years old. He builds all of his music through his life experiences, and hopes that you can connect with him on a deeper level through his songs.

Jade Hilton

Jade Hilton is making her mark through her emotive voice and storyteller songwriting. The singer/songwriter fuses earthy country melodies over pop/folk soundscapes. After graduating from the University of Illinois, she moved back home to Toronto and began releasing music. Jade released her first album in 2022 and has since performed live at the 2024 CCMA Bar Crawl, 2024 CMAO awards, Blue Jays Sessions, at the National Bank Open in Toronto as the official anthem singer and live performer, at the 2024 NXNE Festival, and just recently wrapped up a sold out Southern-Ontario tour.
