FAQ
Do I have to sign up for a full year? No, you pay per quarter and can cancel at any time.
Can I pick up my order? You’re more than welcome to pick-up at the winery if you prefer.
Where do you ship? We can ship anywhere within Ontario, although some restrictions may apply for isolated locations.
What does a wine tour include? Enjoy a flight of three followed with a tour of the vineyard. Get a sneak peek of the wine production process with a tasting from the barrel, and a glass of wine amongst the vines.
Is the shipping cost included? Shipping is included! Having your order shipped will be at no extra cost.
What’s the value? When taking advantage of all club member benefits, the estimated yearly value is over $1,000.
How do I redeem my 15% off discount? You’ll be provided with a special Wine Club Member discount code included in your shipment.
What if I only want a certain kind of wine? You’re welcome to request your favourite types of wine and we’ll do our best to fulfill your request based on availability. Please note that if you request only white wine or only red wine, your options will be limited.
What if I want to gift the subscription? If you’re buying a subscription as a gift, make sure to include your details in the billing info, and the recipients information in the shipping/delivery address. Leave us additional notes, including whether or not the gift is a surprise and if you’d like a personalized note in the first shipment.
